Delivery & Returning Items
We aim to have processed, packaged & shipped your order within 24-48 hours of payment completion (unless stated otherwise within listing - e.g. for pre-orders).
In order to combat fraud, Solus Supply will only ship items to the registered address, that was originally provided during checkout (ie PayPal address).
UK Orders are normally sent with Royal Mail and although delivery time can vary, UK orders tend to arrive within 24-72 hours of posting.

How long do international deliveries take?
Europe = Approx. 7 working days
USA = Approx. 10-14 working days
Asia = Approx. 10-14 working days
International orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked & signed service or an international courier service.

We insure all products to their correct sale price & delivery requires a signature, for proof of receipt.
The buyer is responsible for any customs, tax and duties incurred due to international shipping.
We accept returns up to 14 days after receipt of goods, however, returns are only accepted if products have flaws or damages that were not previously described or pictured within the original sales listing.
Due to the nature of the goods, we do not accept returns if the item(s) do not fit or are not to your taste etc.
If you are in doubt of whether something will fit, please contact us and we will happily provide measurements, more photos etc. before the sale.
The item(s) must be returned in the original state received, with original packaging, tags, stickers, dustbag etc. (if applicable).

We strongly advise returns to be sent with some form of tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Cost of outward postage to the customer will be deducted from the refund payment in most cases & we are not liable for any costs incurred to you for returning the item.
